Low-Cost Mammogram Program -Every year, nearly 6,000 new cases of breast cancer are diagnosed in Georgia.Georgia Cancer Foundation, through its partnership with other local organizations and healthcare providers, offers low-cost mammograms to women in need throughout the state.
Who qualifies-Women who are unemployed, uninsured, or under insured.
How do I get screened-Contact GCF after obtaining a physician referral. Depending on your physician’s instructions, we will direct you to a low-cost diagnostic center in your area, if available.
How much does it cost-ypically, these types of diagnostic services cost hundreds of dollars, however through our program you will only be required to pay a small co-pay donation. Call for details.
